Our shared path to successful sensor development:

Unique requirements demand tailored solutions. When there is no sensor available on the market that meet the desired characteristics, we start our journey by jointly establishing the fundamental specifications on-site. Your requirements are the starting point for our commitment.

Within a maximum of 4 weeks after the specification phase, you will receive a detailed proposal. This proposal does not only include one or more prototypes but also target prices for a pre-series (typically up to 25 sensors) and the planned serial production (50 sensors per year or more). Our philosophy: No costly preliminary investigations – we focus on your vision.

Upon your approval, we promptly commence the production of functional prototypes. These prototypes will be delivered to you within the agreed-upon lead time, giving you the opportunity to run extensive tests on your machines. Your feedback is invaluable to us.

The insights and experiences from prototype testing will directly influence further development of the pre-series. This iterative approach ensures that the sensor is tailored perfectly to your requirements and meets your standards.

Once all fine-tuning is completed, we initiate the exclusive serial production of the sensor – custom-made for your application. We guarantee quality and efficiency due to our state-of-the-art manufacturing, regardless of the quantity.

We not only provide custom sensors but also offer additional services. We are happy to assist you in applying for joint patent rights or certifying your product to meet the highest standards.
